I give this store a five, mostly because of effort. Had gum surgery recently and so I needed to eat soft foods and soup for two weeks. Wife picked up soup twice and both times there was little to no chicken. So I contacted Crystal, the Operator and Angie, the Chief cook, explained what has happened, and they definitely made it right the next two times. They were so apologetic, and Crystal was very sympathetic and compassionate to my situation.

Wow! 10/10 very impressed! Had a bad experience a couple weeks ago and they made it right tonight. I had a hard time remembering the manager’s name but the manager on duty helped us and did it with a smile. Not every place would have gone above and beyond like that.
