Food was old and cold fries were hard and old this place has terrible employees and they have a bad attitude. I will not eat here again this place has gone down hill. Throw away your old fries don't give them to your valuable customers because I won't return. Why do you sell old fries. Just throw them out. My last time here

You will never find better service. Sitting in the food court and an employee (Janely, hope I spelled it right) in her free time asked how I was doing and offered to get me a refill. My tired feet appreciates this greatly. Again, will never find better service in a Mall.

At 9:50 in the morning, I went to get a delivery, I asked for help from an employee, he saw that the order was ready and he ignored me, leaving me waiting for a long time and without delivering the order.

We were in the mall at 8:00 in the morning we had some business at Target pick up a prescription or something Chick-fil-A was open at 8:00 a.m. they saw sitting out there a few minutes so they even opened the gate so we could get some food really really cool Chick-fil-A is getting expensive though $15 for two biscuits but that's not their fault The biscuits were good The lemonade was great

Every time I order for delivery, they’re missing an item. I called to complain and they told me to call DoorDash, which is impossible and very hard to find a Customer Service DoorDash number. This is ridiculous. I should be enjoying my food, not to worry about calling DoorDash. Why don’t they train their employees to put in all of their customers order correctly.
Great service from Jeff today! Overall, this spot tends to be very crowded, but they still manage to keep the line moving quickly. The wait time for food is not bad except there's nowhere really to stand.
Unfortunately, the designers of this space did not leave enough room for the massive crowds that Chick-fil-A draws. So if you're claustrophobic, this is not the place for you! Also expect to have to push your way through people to do things like refill your drink.
