Terrible customer service. Long wait lines FOR MOBILE PICKUP. What is the point of ordering ahead of you are all scrambling fill orders placed 20-30min ago. Seems like staff needs to be trained as the experience here clearly shows poor time management.

The service is completely trash since you can’t go inside anymore they prioritize Uber and DoorDash before you so you will sit for 10 extra minutes if there’s a Uber or DoorDash coming be prepared!!!!!

Ever since they remodeled, and reopened Brick-fil-A they now get about 90% of our orders wrong. I used to go there all the time. Went there just a few days ago. And again they got my order wrong. I don't understand how hard it is to get a few sandwiches with fries and or drinks right? More so than not. If we go now, we can guarantee that our orders going to be wrong. It's a shame. You cashed in customer service and try to make it quicker to serve people in and out. You guys are losing touch with reality.

I HATE this Chick-fil-A location. They NEVER give any of the sauces ordered. This is the SECOND time I have come through and there were no sauces in ANY of the bags. It's a good thing we were going home where we have a large bottle of sauce.

Proportions are done carelessly, im tired of this happening because at this point its just robbery, why do i keep ordering large fries for me to get less than if i ordered a medium, i paid for a large container to be filled to the top, just the same way you would a medium, not so i can keep getting skimped because y'all are busy and want to get my order out fast
