Hello, let’s begin with the wonderful ambience . The cheerfulness of the crew. Was overwhelming everyone spoke to you, caring sincerely. I had to know the secret? I asked for the manager. We had the pleasure of having Eduardo while dining at pappasito's and I had to take a moment to say how magnificent he is! Eduardo was the definition of Excellence in service. He was kind, thorough, descriptive with menu items, he was funny and really seemed to care about the overall experience from the taste of the food to the speed of the service. Pappasito’s has been one of my favorite restaurants in Houston for many years.We have not been to Pappasito's in a while due to their ever increasing prices, but we tried it one more time on last Thursday.It was around 3:00pm.
