This Chick-Fil-A has excellent customer service, but they do not always pay attention to special requests. For example, I ordered my milkshake with no whipped cream and no cherry, but they still gave me the whipped cream and cherry.
The food is usually on point. Quick and hot, but not always accurate. 3 different times they forget to include a 3rd sandwich or something. Then you have to call back and basically prove your order by holding onto your receipt. Who does that for fast food? Additionally, during my last 2 visits, the unsweetened tea has been awful. It had that sour taste. Double check your order for accuracy and check the tea before you leave.
This location is an express venue, not a walk-in, so there is limited seating, and it can be at times busy, but they try to get your order done, but just make sure you double-check you got what you ordered bc there are times they forget something but they are great
