I placed a mobile order and when i got to the drive thru the guy asked me if i wanted a receipt, I said no. He told me to pull to the second window and the lady in the window told me to go back and pay for my food which was already paid for since i did it online. I told her it was a mobile order and she started to clean and closed the window on me and then opened it again to give me my drink. The employe was sassy and they had a rude tone when speaking to my friend just because she had go to the front and pay. The employee was saying to use the machine they she's busy and the only one there mind you there were other employees there too. Not only that the matchine to order didn't had paper for the recit there was no sign that said to use the ordering machine. Nothing wrong with the food but service was super bad, workers did not give front counter any attention, tried ordering from the panel, we order but it did not give a recipe back. My friend had ordered ice cream, after 5 mins she had went to go ask and the worker said “one sec” and then never came back with the ice cream, when 30 mins passed we went to go ask again and finally received the ice cream cone.
