The chicken burger portion at the Willowbrook mall store is super small. I don't understand why this happens, if the other stores are big.

Got our 5 person order out super fast. 10/10 but I will never go back to Willowbrook Mall again. One time was enough. Why people still go to malls is beyond me. We only ended up there because the kids were set on chickfila and the one down the street not in a mall was closed for reno. Never again.
Soooo upset know they were closing but they totally forgot to put my son's nuggets in his kid's meal ?

I came to chick fil a today because I love there food but I bought two large fries and they came half way and it’s not my first time I’m so disappointed in this restaurant.

So for starters I love chick fil a as I am a signature member. I always get my guys breakfeast and lunch from there for doing a good job at work. Well today I stopped by in my work truck after placing a mobile order. Where once parked I was greeted hy manager and ast manager (I assume) where they had asked if I was bread truck and I told them no and they said ok we will speak to you when you leave. Weird huh? So I went in and seen the owner by the to go orders and he had asked my name and told me they are making it. Then the manger ladies came back into the resturant and rushed them to give me my drink and she told me she was going to walk me out ( YES I GOT ESCORTED OUT OF CHICK FIL A ) where she then told me the manger was worried I ran over his landscaping. I told them I did not and they said yes they see that now after they inspected it! And told me I could not park the work vehicle there (f650) and told me to leave out the back.
I’ve never felt so unwelcomed at a chick fil a before in my life ! The food was of course a1 top tier but the way I was dealt with was defenitley a 1 star if that
I don’t recommend this chick fil a at all.

I came down here because currently the cutten location is closed for remodeling so I thought I'd try this location. Not recommended. The register lady was not polite. I got my food fast which I appreciated but then proceeded to eat it and it was extremely cold. Fries were really greasy and we had to send our whole order back. After we received the new order then the patty felt really greasy as if it was rushed and even still had some pink meat inside which was obismal. Will not order here again.
These guys don't play around with service fresh food and amazingly
