I’m not sure what it is but this Chick-fil-A in my experience always forgets something I ordered. And I am always met with an attitude in the drive thru by a few workers, not all just a few. I love me some Chick-fil-A but something about this location just makes me regret eating here each time because of forgotten items and rude workers

12/16/2025 UPDATE! Look at this parfait for $5 looks nothing like the pic and super small this company sucks now jeez!!!! Not allowing me to post pics but it came in a small cup 5/15/2025 UPDATE Just gave them another try and the fries were so stale I thought I was biting on a rubber bike tire!!!!! Where is the manager?????? Please enforce more training!Customer service is definitely done with at this location and others! The CEO would jump over his cow if he knew about it!

Horrible service . Ordered breakfast online at 10:20am get to the store at 10:29am there’s a really long line at the drive thru so I go inside wait for them to get to me and when I get helped it’s 10:33am and my order did not confirm and they straight declined my order and told me they could not make it I would have to cancel.. would not return to this location customers do not come first here

I came through the drive through and a young lady had a very NASTY attitude, never experienced bad service from any Chick-fil-A … i didn’t even want to order any more . If you are having a bad morning or don’t want to be at work don’t come to work . Attitude and customer service was horrible !

My name is cat. I stopped by this morning and oder breakfast for my kids on that way I saw the homeless guys with the dogs so I decided to stop by and oder a meal for homeless guy. When I stopped by I meet Fran she took my oder and she was very kindly and sweet. I told her that I oder for the homeless and after the oder she told me that she will pay for the meal because she said she will the same kindness after kindness. I was surprised because I only saw this kind of kindness on video or social media and now it happens to me. It’s freaking cold outside but I fell warm inside . FRAN you do a great job i I fell I do too. The homeless guy tell me to say thank you for your kindness and we will pray for you and your family. Thank you and merry Christmas.
You changed the chicken, The cross cut fries were cross cut pieces and the ketchup was different too, I will not return.

Very disappointed in this location as it has always been great, no mistakes, great customer service but not sure what happened with the crew the other day. We order in the drive through line and got home only to find out that we were missing a whole meal. We never check the bags from Chick-fil-A because they always get it right. It was very frustrating as we had to travel another 15 minutes to this location since the one on West Rd was closed for renovation. We called them and they wanted us to drive back another 15 minutes. We got there and nobody apologized, nobody asked to make things right. Only took the food and gave us a refund. Very very disappointed in the service.

Upon entry Alejandra cashier took my order Cobb salad with grill chicken also add when order came it was fried chicken I told grilled she did not care about my time I ask for managers she was not helpful I walked in at 7:59 and I am just now getting my correct order . Never coming back if Brad the owner was there this would have not happened.
