Horrible customer service literally placed my mobile order 20mins before closing and made it 12mins before closing only to be told by the drive thru employee to drive up they would tell them about my order. Sit in the drive thru line with cars in front of me and behind me. Get to the window they didn’t show my order when I could have placed a completely new order if my mobile order wasn’t showing that I clearly showed them on my phone. SMH wasted my time for nothing sitting in the line for food. Nothing they would do about it just oh well our kitchen is closed. HORRIBLE customer service. I will never visit this location again. First and last time!

I found a fly in my Chicken Sandwich. Meredith was so offended by my audacity to complain about this only gave me a partial refund when I wanted a full refund. She didn't even issue an apology, she just said, "Have a good day" She was extremely unprofessional and a position in management is not her best fit.Please steer of this location. If there are flies found in sandwiches, this definitely brings concerns about the cleanliness of the kitchen area. Flies are known to carry parasites and can make someone extremely ill.

I don’t recommend this place managers are really rude I had a conversation with the manager Claudia she is really disrespectful to costumers and to her employes , she was talking to them in a rude way and making faces to them . Not RECOMMENDED at all !
Seems the location is going downhill as far as cleanliness, there was a gray-haired woman who seemed to do great with that, apparently she is no longer there. Food is still good, but thinking twice before I go now. Children’s play area had trash everywhere before 10:30AM.

Ordered a Cobb salad 3/29 and have been sick since then.
Parking: Chick-fil-A has a parking lot located in front of the restaurant and continue to the right side of the restaurant

Somebody at the restaurant keeps stealing delivery food showing very broke behavior. Beware!
