Drive thru visit. Forgot a sandwich (realized when we got home to eat). Went back to get sandwhich, no one acknowledged the mistake, no apologies, no care. Just said "oh" and "here". Bad visit.

Ate here 1 time, now I get constant emails about deals and specials. I can’t stop them unless I unsubscribe from every single chick fil a offer and notification. Whoever owns this store clearly has a policy about this, as every other chick fil a I sparingly visit doesn’t send out mass emails to 1 time customers. Even after emailing them asking to stop, I still get messages.

First time to this location since the redesign of the location to a 2 drive way and wish they would go back. Even though it is meant to be faster, it is not. I preodered on the app, drove up and mentioned that I had placed an order, they found the order and everything was good....until I turned the corner where numerous cars were waiting. my order was simple, a sandwich and side salad---no customizations.....waiting over 10 minutes for fast food.....ehhhhhhh. I've been to other CFA with a single drive through and got faster service. This must mean one thing.....the logistics inside is slow or unorganized. And while waiting....I was at the front of the line and cars behind me were getting served and had to go around me to leave the driveway. Oh and the first time I never got a "My Pleasure".....another demerit!

Yall know usually Chick-fil-a be on top of it but I don’t know what was going on today! The man who took my order had an attitude & we had to wait a while for our food, which wasn’t an issue until we tasted our fries and had not a PINCH of salt on them…. Wasn’t the best experience. Maybe it was just a bad day.

Ordered food for a specific time. It was a lot of food. Placed the order two hours ahead of time for pickup in the drive thru. I ordered another meal in line and told them I was picking up. Got thru the line and when I got to the front, they handed me the meal I ordered in the drive thru. They had me park in the curbside pickup. I waited and waited. Finally 10-15 minutes, I get my online order. What's the point of ordering ahead if you can get it faster in the drive thru!?

I ordered catering and the delivery took forever. I had to call multiple times. I was assured my order would be delivered certain times, and it was not multiple times. All in all, I am disappointed in this experience and would not order from them again.

On top of constantly messing up my in person orders on a regular basis, I was lied to and told I would be given a free mug if I placed a delivery. The driver who delivered my food told me I should have received a message that they were out of mugs and I did not. I would have never ordered for delivery if I’d known they were out of the mugs. When I called the store I was told by a manager that they were out of mugs and they worded the email to say “while supplies last” and that they did that intentionally for this exact situation. Is that really how a Christian run business should be conducting themselves? False advertisement and blaming the customer for not being aware of something they should have been told was out of supplies. I have been a signature member with Chick-fil-A for many years now, so I’ve seen my fair share of stores all throughout the Houston area. If I could give this type of behavior less than 1 star I would and I will be telling everyone I know to stay away from this store and not place orders for delivery if this is how they should expect to be treated and talked to.

I'd have to say this was by a longshot not the Chic-Fil-A experience I'm used to. The staff wasn't very friendly, they were not rude either. Just weren't what you'd expect from Chick Fil A. The line moved incredibly slow and it was not a busy time either (around 4pm). The lady gave me our food & shakes and was gone before I could ask for the missing BBQ sauce and straws for our shakes. As soon as I pull on to 1960 i attempt to drink my shake instead i wore it! The lid wasn't on it all of the way and it was overflowing out of the cup. I wasnt even suprised at this point when i realized they didnt give me the napkins i asked for either! my daughter didn't even eat some of her nuggets because they were overcooked and hard. More like chicken rocks rather than chicken nuggets. It's safe to say I'll be avoiding this location when grabbing on the go. The carelessness when preparing food to be served for an on the go meal is what irked me. No napkins, no BBQ, no straws, then didn't bother with putting the lid on, let the shake overflow, and overcooked nuggets. All boiled down to lack of consideration and just in general did not care how that would affect another person.

Omg I never do food reviews ever. This is by far the slowest cfa I’ve ever been to. You wait in line for 25-30 mins just for everything to be cold. I don’t know what they’re doing back there. Discuss with your team mates ASAP.
