I really like Chick-fil-A's food, and their service is usually very good. My complaints are minor ones. Number one, why is their signature Chick-fil-A sauce so sweet, as are most of their other sauces? I would like to see a couple more savory choices for sauce. Also, like a lot of chicken sandwiches, the meat is a bit rubbery. I like chicken that is less processed and has the texture of real chicken! Otherwise, the food is good and Chick-fil-A is definitely among my top choices when I want something other than a burger (or less healthy chicken like KFC - although that has always been my favorite fried chicken!)

I would give 5 stars- And that is to Jerome. I read his name tag when I was there last week, he is a very sweet kid. He took our order, was very patient even though I had a big order. I had to take a star away, from (Im almost positive was the manger), I saw her name tag was Lisa. VERY VERY VERY RUDE to him. It took everything in me not to say something to her. While he was helping us, she rudely came up to the drive through and was so rude asking what kiosk he was using. I can see it in his face he was trying to stay professional, while she was rolling her eyes just looked so mad at the world. I felt so bad for him, how she embarrassed him. I have never seen a rude chicfila worker, especially a MANAGER! He even apologized with her there, and she rolled her eyes again. Then when I went around to get my food, I saw her through the window.. she just looks like she hates the world. HOW she works here, and a manger--- NO CLUE. Congrats to Jerome, for handling HER with professionalism( when she had NONE), making sure I was taken care of at the same time, and doing his best to try and not make the air more toxic than she made it. HE deserves to be her manager, teach her a few things. Next time I see you Jerome, I will give you kudos in person!!

Food’s good, always consistent with Chick-Fil-A. The customer service and parking situation could use some work, though. I wasn’t able to come inside, so I pre-ordered curbside but the access to the spots were blocked by the cars in line for the drive-thru. Called to see where I should park and the lady was pretty unhelpful. It just seemed like she wanted to be off the phone with me. The guy who brought me the food was great, though and very cordial.
