Every time I go everyone is nice and attentive. Ask the employees seem to have good camaraderie. Frequently shorted on sauces though, which makes me sad.

Normally I don’t have issues with this location but tonight blew me. I don’t know if it was because I order within the last hour or what. I stood at the counter and watched every employee walk right past me. Both managers in the blue shirt and the other older lady, the entire staff and still no acknowledgement. I watched another employee look at me serval times as the manager called him over to tell him that his sister was on the phone. After waiting I don’t know how long finally a girl came and asked if I had been helped and she ended up fixing my order but only after you could see the frustrations of me standing there. I get home and the Mac and cheese was burnt, my son’s fries and nuggets were cold and taste like they had been sitting in the warmer forever. After today I rather drive out my way to go to the Katy Green location verses this one. Just sad!

Im not sure why i had a bad experience this time around but I ordered a spicy deluxe meal and received an order or nuggets and a salad. And when I told the windows it wasn't my order , they said that that was the correct order for my name and purchase . I was confused and they seemed like they didnt want to deal with me. I just wanted my order. Do better. I wasted money and didnt get what I wanted at all.

Today the lady at the window was in a bad mood cause I got some nasty attitude cause I needed some extra help she yell at me so I just drove off .left her yelling at me .don't know what she said she had a heavy accent.
