The food is great, the trailer is clean and well lit. The seating is good and well lit. The prices are fair. I got the corn on the cob empanizado and it was juicy and tasty. The nachos are straight. They have all the fixings if you need more spice. The menu is great. I will be coming back to try the deserts.
Perks- real roasted corn! Has potential but they seem to cut corners so you can spend more $. The only corn id recommend is the one that comes in many layers (picture attached) the esquite was underwhelmed as it only had a topping. Nothing on the bottom but dry roasted corn. Still flavorful but for the price youre better off sharing the big cup that has layers but even with layers you have a huge chunk at the bottom with nothing. The corn was hot and fresh. They used real corn on the cob. I like that they have fresh limes and seasonings for customers to at the front of the food truck where you order and pick up. They take card and cash. Next time I want to try the churros or fried Oreos. The horchata was good and made like a slushy. ( I forgot to take a picture of the horchata)
