I really like Chick-fil-A's food, and their service is usually very good. My complaints are minor ones. Number one, why is their signature Chick-fil-A sauce so sweet, as are most of their other sauces? I would like to see a couple more savory choices for sauce. Also, like a lot of chicken sandwiches, the meat is a bit rubbery. I like chicken that is less processed and has the texture of real chicken! Otherwise, the food is good and Chick-fil-A is definitely among my top choices...
I would give 5 stars- And that is to Jerome. I read his name tag when I was there last week, he is a very sweet kid. He took our order, was very patient even though I had a big order. I had to take a star away, from (Im almost positive was the manger), I saw her name tag was Lisa. VERY VERY VERY RUDE to him. It took everything in me not to say something to her. While he was helping us, she rudely came up to the drive through and was so rude asking what kiosk he was using. I can...
I was served at the drive through today by an exceptional employee, Jerome. He was so precious. I loved his attention to customer and smile. Best drive through experience! This chick fil a is blessed to have this guy!
