Terrible drive thru design - who thought of this? Spend 10 minutes to get through to find we were given the wrong food at a location that seems to be pickup and mobile only so its a hassle to get fixed. The staff seemed annoyed we would ever bring up an incorrect order and even took the incorrect items - to do what, throw them away? What in the world is going on here?

So basically this place has no dinning and you get find out when you get there like no visible signs from the road.
No shade for people who came in to pick or placing their order its like very small place. No good waiting area…
So for me its a bad chickflia location that i will not be wanting come unless i wanna go to drive through even that is so congested

This Chick-fil-a location was built about a year ago on the corner of Kirby @ Main much to the excitement of the community.
The storefront offers Drive Thru, Mobile Thru, Carryout (until 9pm) and seating outside for dine in patrons. The only downside: the restaurant was built without a lobby or indoor seating. It’s a faux pas considering how many events are hosted by Reliant nearby, and how intensely hot & humid the days can be.
The staff are friendly and willing to help in all ways one might need, my only complaint is they can be a bit slow especially if someone is new and learning the routine. As an Operations Manager in foodservice I would recommend a trainer shadowing at all times until they get it down.
The food is great and always consistent, this is the best part about this operation and its ilk. Literally the golden rule for success in any industry. If you’re in the area or debating whether to trust this location, I can unequivocally say yes!
This location is a drive through only. They do not have a dine in area like the other chick fill A’s. Very busy location, but it’s expected for the area. Everyone is always so respectful.

I didn't have a bad visit, but I got 2, 12pc nugget meals, and I watched people in a half dozen cars get out before me. The chicken was tiny compared to other Chick-fil-a's I've patronized. Service was solid in the drive thru, though.

Quick service and the food always tastes good. Friendly staff. However, I have ordered a parfait yogurt with cookie crumbs like 3 different times now and they always forgot the cookie crumbs. My only recommendation is just make sure the order is complete and correct. Other than that, this place is fine.

Multiple times happen to me already. Order a shake and need to be waiting forever to be delivered. To find out it was prepared waiting in the counter but since its only take out they dont check single item order.
