Wow, great, buger ? !Yes, it is a meatloaf... served well done covered in cheese, with all the trimmings!No inside seating, order at the window.Great guy, good personality, taking the orders!I would definitely be going back.

First of all, one of the best hamburgers I've had that I didn't cook myself. It was well cooked and seasoned perfectly.I normally don't add photos, but this should come with a warning. This is not a hamburger; it is a meatloaf on a bun! Obviously, something this massive takes time, so do call ahead at least 30 minutes. (I gave a 4 for the atmosphere because there is no seating; it's takeout only).

Today was my first day eating here. My coworker has been bragging about how big and good the burgers are. I was so glad I gave it a chance. #1) The owner was so nice. #2) The price was great, especially for the size #3) It was big and thick. #4) Flavor! The burger was good! #5) I couldn’t finish it lol it was big and good. Reheated it’s still good.Thank you chef, I enjoyed it. I will be back!

I've known Chief Cajun for many years and he absolutely has the BEST Big Baby Hamburgers? in Houston‼️?% I love those big handmade, old - fashioned hamburgers.♥️ They are seasoned just right, loaded with flavor, hot, fresh, made to order, very delicious and all for a good price.? In my quest to find the best burger in Htown I stumbled upon Chief Cajun’s Big Baby Hamburgers and let me start off by saying these burgers are legit like a BIG baby! I had the BBCheeseburger with all the standard veggies. The thiccc patty was nicely seasoned and the lettuce crisp with a side of fries piled high. You get a random soda to wash it all down with before you get comfy and take that sweet afternoon nap.2 take aways for why this review is 4 stars is first the wait was 45minutes. Thankfully it wasn’t too hot but I can see in the summer time it’ll be hell and my second point is all the flies hanging around.TLDR: Now the real question is… is Chief Cajun’s the best burger in town? Idk you might have to go try it for yourself but maybe it’s best to call in your order so you don’t have to wait with the flies. What I do know is it’s one of the best bang for your buck spots anywhere.
