I love Chili’s and I don’t usually mind waiting for my food as that means it will be fresh and hot. But we waited 20-30 minutes in the middle of two families with small children (most of the other seats were empty so not sure why we were seated this way when there were other servers hanging out by the kitchen with no apparent tables) just for our food just for our main courses to be cold. Not even remotely warm, only the fries were hot. I asked for my food to be reheated and...

I had a great experience! From the hostess to the people who bring out the food and my waiter. Everyone was very welcoming and kind. The food came out fast and fresh , my waiter JT kept checking on us to make sure everything was okay. Great customer service skills !! And the new margarita “ the sunrise dream marg “ 10/10 !!
