My waiter (I think his name was Cali) was really amazing but the bartender “Brenda” on the other hand is a whole different story… I asked for an old fashioned I got nothing of the sort… only for her to laugh in my face and tell me that it was indeed an old fashioned… I’ve been drinking them for years never have I had orange juice, pulp, and a cherry in any of them until today… honestly it’s a shame that my server was so great because after the bartenders fiasco we WILL NOT BE BACK….

Our server Emma was simply amazing. She was a phenomenal server and gave us multiple refills throughout the night, constantly checking on us in a good way of course. She definitely deserves a raise for the way she treats her customers. And also, she is so jacked. Made my chilis experience so much better.

Been a Chili’s customer for yrs in NWA Arkansas and South Texas and never had we had such poor service. Red flag once we came in the party in front of us was complaining and just thought they were a lil loud and exaggerated, but after waiting for 15+ minutes for anybody to acknowledge us we were starting to think that maybe they were right. Still we stayed thinking it was going to get better, sad but it didn’t. The worst part were the napkins they left on the table were the same ones they had in the restroom!!! To top it off some of them were dirty!!! The appetizer was amazing but as for the rest of the dinner was just not as expected.
Chilis can be a hit or miss, but this location delivered on all fronts. I ordered the chicken nachos to go. They were hot and ready when I arrived. They come with jalapeños, sour cream, and pico de gallo. Everything was in the bag without having to ask. The carry out server was friendly and quick. This Buffalo Spdwy location is great. The food was good and tasted like it had been prepared on a clean grill. I would return!

The food was great! We had a big group and unfortunately,separate checks, which I understand can be a pain for the server. She was quick with taking all the orders and the food was out as soon as it was up, but after we all got our food she was gone. A person from our group went and found her and we were finally able to leave. Other than the long wait to leave everything was great!

Will Not Return!!!!
My family and I dined at this Chili’s location today and had a very upsetting experience. While we were eating, one of the waitresses, who had dreadlocks who was not our server but we couldn’t help but hear and watch was loudly cursing and threatening to fight another staff member. This happened right in front of my children and other families with kids.
What was even more shocking was that no manager stepped in to de-escalate the situation or ask her to calm down. It was completely unprofessional and inappropriate for a family-friendly restaurant. Sadly, this isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed this type of behavior at this location.
To make matters worse, I later found out that this Chili’s has issues with rats and roaches. (See the picture) it looked like someone had tried to toss the rat outside the restaurant and from other friends I’ve known who have spoke to me about eating out there they’ve let me know they have seen also the infestation themselves I thought I’d try it out my self but that was a TERRIBLE decision I was scared of getting food poisoning with everything going on and That, combined with the lack of professionalism, has made it clear that we will not be returning. Absolutely unacceptable and classless
