I've been eyeing this place ever since I passed by it one day. I did some research and thought the concept was interesting. The inside is big, nice and clean. There can be some confusion of where to order and how to do certain things since there's really no signs. First time here, and I went for the zeppelin with steak. Great concept and delicious! Very much like Salata, but they stuff your mixed salad and protein into a hollowed out baguette. Great selection of salad fixings, sauces, and proteins to choose from. Also, loved the guava lemonade!

First time trying this place and it was so dang good!!!! Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I loved that they let you sub tofu instead of meat and the sandwiches were so full of flavor. I got the Tejano Caesar Zepellin and my husband got the Atlantis and damn!!!! Full of flavor. I wish you guys had a store in Conroe or Magnolia.
