I frequent this Chili's. It's close to my house and I like the food. I picked up a burger right before closing the other night. The burger didn't taste right, and about an hour later I was in the bathroom. I wrote to the manager that night on their website, telling them that they should check the meat before the start of the next day. I wasn't mad, or wanting a discount, I just wanted to let them know something wasn't right. I got no response. Bad food, it happens every now and then. But bad food and concerns being dismissed equals a bad review. Do better.

My 8 year old daughter loves Chili’s! Out of all of the restaurants in Houston, she shows to eat here and she was adamant. I like Chili’s as well but in all fairness it’s not my favorite restaurant however, I can always find something on the menu that I will enjoy. This was my boyfriend’s first time dining at Chili’s and he wasn’t very impressed. To start out our hostess was rude rolling her eyes, didn’t say enjoy your meal or anything like that after we asked her if we could sit somewhere else besides the bar, our waitress was very sweet and helpful the temperature of food was not good, the chicken in our combination fajitas was very dry, and last but not least the appearance of the restaurant was not the cleanest. I will definitely dine at Chili’s again in the future but most certainly not this location.

Great food but if you dont watch it staff will hike up your price. If you go during happy hour ask specifically for the drink specials. You could end up going to happy hour expecting happy hour prices but end up paying non happy hour prices for your drinks and get hit with an unexpected tab. Also, watch your food. Staff will walk by and grab it and throw it away without asking if you need a to-go plate or if you're done.

It's a Chili's so you know about what to expect. What makes the difference is the waitstaff and the food. Our two entrees were on point and looked plentiful. They came out hot and quickly. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. We didn't have to ask for anything or wait long. Definitely a great experience. Especially on New Year's Eve which gives it an extra star!!
