Such a rip offThey cut short on everything, this is my second time and they add meat as such 2 pieces for a bowl if asked to add some more they say its double price.Add something for the price we pay and later if we need too much of it we can ask for double portions.I thought first time may be an odd experience out but they repeated the same.

This Chipotle is always grimy. Doors have prints all over, tables are dirty, drink station is a mess and just looks over all unsanitary. The food is good but dinning in a trashy atmosphere kills the whole experience. It’s a small restaurant so I don’t understand why management can’t stay on top of cleanliness. Either they are understaffed or careless. Hiring someone extra on the floor wouldn’t hurt the owners pockets ?

Chipotle isn't what is used to be and is hit or miss, usually depending on the location and the people they have working there. This was a miss. The meats were dried and you could tell the workers couldn't care less about helping you. All this and the prices are even higher than they were before.

What a lame location where employees just stand there with straight face and do not even greet the customer no smile none and they don’t even tell you or ask you when you make your bowl and then just charge you extra without even informing that you will be charged extra which does not happen on other locations! Plus when you ask the server how much is the bowl he be asking other employees what’s the price ? Like you are working there and you don’t even know the basics ? Seriously this location need more training for their employees because they don’t care about customers and behave like what they do is right ! Never going here ever !

I got a bowl and they put a little bit of carne asada it was cold and bland but everything else was fine this is just unacceptable I need a big Mac I weigh 300 pounds I'm obese and happy with myself and next time ima just bring my own seasoning this is outrageous and ridiculous I'd rather go to the gym

Put in a mobile order at 10:15. Got there at 10:30 and when we walked in they said they were out of everything. I told them I was picking up a mobile order and they said ok as though it wasn’t affected. When we got our food not ONE of the items was correct, and we were not told they were out of 5 of the 8 ingredients in our meals. I understand it was late, but you can at least notify people that their orders are gonna be screwed because it’s too late for you to make more food.
