If I could give negative reviews I would tbh. The service is always bad. So much so that the cashier tried to up charge us for something we didn't order and interrogated their coworkers to verify that we weren't lying. And how are the chips always stale???

Don’t expect to be greeted when you walk into this store. The manager on duty is the one who served me and still never greeted me, but when right into asked me what I wanted to eat. The gentleman next to her had so much hair in his face that I couldn’t even see his eyes. It’s a health violation to have hair hanging outside your hat in the food industry. Not to mention it’s disgusting. I would have walked out if I wasn’t hungry after working long day. I won’t be back.

The employees are rude. Not friendly at all. No one smiled or even looked me in the eye. Didn’t want to eat in the restaurant because you could tell they didn’t want you there.

Terrible terrible service - don’t know her name but she just basically slapped all of the stuff in the bowl almost without asking me what I wanted. I had to stop her before she just assumed I wanted everything in the bowl “like the picture” dah no I don’t want it like the picture. No idea what’s it going to taste like since I got it to go - but I do know this -never again at this location!!!!

I walked out because the lady In the front was rude and didn’t have the chipotle culture at all. She had an attitude because I asked for extra rice. Then didn’t even give it to me I just walked out. It was the worst chipotle service ever.

I ordered through the chipotle lane today, only to get home and find out that the genius in charge of my order forgot to add my steak. I drove all the way back, only to be greeted without an apology and an underlying attitude. I know you’re working a minimum wage job and probably wish you weren’t there, but maybe if you applied yourself a little, you’d be able to land a job that’s a little more gratifying and lucrative. Management could clearly use a refresher to brush up on their skills too. I won’t be back to this trash location.

I don’t know her name, but she is the fat, black, hairy, ugly one with braids. She was working the line/register and needs to be FIRED! She is extremely aggressive and RUDE! How do you approach a customer, yelling at them and rushing them through their order? I had a question and right in the middle she just walked off and found something else to do. There was nobody else in line. And after paying, I heard her go “wow” as if the customer was the one inconveniencing her, by simply being there to order and pay. Her energy was so HORRIBLE I didn’t even eat the food. I threw it away. She came off like she wanted to fight, and I would have gladly pressed charges and sued the company!

Good place to get an oversized burrito. The staff did well and were prompt. Easy to go in, order, pay, and leave or stay. Great place to hang out and enjoy with friends.

The staff here were so rude. They rung us up for another ladies order. Didn't even apologize. The lady just assumed and didn't even ask. Then I had to come back through the line again for daughters order and the other line lady was rude and cashier!!!!!!!!!!So disappointing for a new location.

Very little meat in both my burrito and bowl compared to the past, had to go searching for it because I thought they forgot it. Salad bowl also had almost no greens.

Twice in one week I got burrito bowl with just meat in a bowl and literally nothing else. Called the store - no I am sorry, no compassion just oh I can give you the number to call. I don’t need a number to call once you ruined my dinner twice in a week. And your employees can’t even pretend to be or say I am so sorry. Hire some real managers and start controlling what goes out of your kitchen.

I ordered two steak bowls with double steak and pick them up at around 4 o’clock. My husband and I now have diarrhea. I tried to call the restaurant to let them know so that others may not get sick and I had to speak to an AI bot, who then let the phone ring more than eight times nobody ever answered the phone. Somebody should be accountable for serving food that is bad and made my husband and I sick.

Rude employees laying over counter using their phone. Bad attitudes no customer service whatsoever. I asked for barbacoa and they had to scrape the bottom to get a few pieces of meat and tried to hide how little they gave me. Not the first time I had a bad experience at this location. Not going back again.

Cashier had an attitude and so did another worker on the line. I scanned my rewards and snapped at me saying why didn’t I say something before checking out like really ? I used to work at chipotle and this is honestly crazy to see how the night shift works.The fact that the sign says get ready to scan rewards doesn’t say scan now or nothing.
