Guy working the register on 3/5/2024 at 4 pm is extremely rude. Accused me of ordering guacamole and not paying for it when I politely said that I didn’t have guacamole. He then asked me if I was positive, which I said I was. He then stopped the line and went to his coworker and asked if I ordered guacamole who vouched that I didn’t. I even told him he could open the bowl and check himself. Very rude, condescending and discriminatory. I am sure I was treated this way because I am black. Here’s a picture of the bowl. NO GUAC. Learn to treat people with respect. You can ruin someone’s day.

The food is satisfactory, but the one big peeve we observed was that they charged the police officers ahead of us full price. We asked them afterwards to check if they were, in fact, not offered a courtesy discount and they just politely laughed and replied that it basically comes down to who is working as cashier on any given day it seems.

Can't believe I'm saying this, but literally the best quesadilla I've ever had. Everything was very fresh and well proportioned. Chips and queso were good too.
Bad customer service, runs out of crispy tortillas, rice and meats, over cooked burned chicken and the tomatoes ok the pico are green.

This place was a damn pig sty! There wasn't one clean surface in the kitchen or the serving area. There was no plastic ware in the cans (0). One dude looked high af and there was a couple hugging over the grill. Oh and they ran out of steamed rice and it would be a 30 minute wait?!! It would have been entertaining if it wasn't also sad to see the worst run Chipotle around. Damn.

Freshest bowl I have experience in awhile. I always get a veggie bowl and they stuffed good since I don't get any meat. They guacamole was the freshest and great, crispy chips. Nice to have while staying in the hospital with family!Vegetarian options: Freshest produce and awesome grilled veggies

This Chipotle is another example of the chain’s unfortunate decline over the past few years.The dining room is well finished but extremely filthy so you really don’t want to dine in. The secondary ingredients are okay quality but the meat is extremely tough and very bland. The staff is a bit rude to the customers and a little too relaxed when it comes to cleaning. The prices are on par with typical low/mid market full service restaurants but this is counter service only.There are hundreds of descent burrito restaurants in this part of Houston. This is not one of them.

It was the best option for a reasonable, priced vegetarian meal. I purchased the vegetarian bowl with black beans and a side of salsa. The bowl is large enough to share between two people. Chipotle isn't authentic Mexican food. I recommend this place if you're in the area and have no choice.
