My experience today is terrible. They ran out of steak and chicken and I sat here for 20 minutes for them to tell me the cooks were outside. I saw the cooks outside they were not taking out the trash they were just relaxing. I kept asking and thankfully another customer asked for a manager and Kimberly never came out. I suggest someone of authority help Kimberly run this store because it appears to be over her head

I have been coming to this location for almost 10 years and the food used to be great but lately they are so slow one guy was doing my bowl and then just walked away and came back like 5 min later and my bowl was just sitting there nobody tried to finish it. There have been 3 times already that the rice has been undercooked!!! Not going back need to find another location which sucks because it is the closest to home.

My usual chipotle spot but I got food poisoning last night eating here. Woke up at 4am today throwing up everything.Ordered a steak burrito w brown rice, pinto beans, sour cream, medium salsa, and cheese.

A lot of hangouts and transients at this location lately. Coming inside with sob stories to get you to buy them food. Honestly, the truth would suit them better. Today I saw a guy just outside the front door with a Windex bottle and paper towels. I saw him spraying Windex on the chairs. Just what the "4 word letter" he was doing confounds me. I took the side entrance to avoid him, although I saw him side eyeing me as I outsmarted him.Inside the store, the employees continued to confuse me. New guy I haven't seen before asked what I wanted and then proceeded to put other stuff in my bowl. It's cool, he's probably in training. I asked for chicken and steak. My guy grabbed 3 handfuls of burned chicken and packed it down without steak. I said green salsa, he went for the red. Hey, take your lumps. It's a burrito bowl, no sweat. Upon exiting from the same door I came in, I heard a "Scuuuuze me, sir" from my right ear. Windex man. I kept it pushing, didn't even bat an eye. I don't want anything to do with you and that Windex bottle, respectfully.
I told them I hadn't been in a Chipotle for about 15 years. I had no idea that the menu style had changed, so my food was not what I would have ordered. And the server was absolutely unhelpful. They got my order of chips and guac with a side of Queso blanco wrong. And I was overcharged. So it will be another 15 years before I go back to another chipotle.

Good location, they stay busy from open to close. Decent amount of outdoor seating. Inside you get to know the people around you because everyone sits at the same long tables. It's neat you get to rub elbows with interesting people.

There’s always something wrong with this location. Whether it be the food or their service. I get it it’s a chipotle, but don’t make it that obvious that you hate serving customers. If the food isn’t bland or straight up nasty, the workers are extremely rude and down right disrespectful. I normally don’t get meat not that I’m a vegetarian, I personally just don’t like chipotle’s meat. I had to tell the worker 3 times no meat, and he had an attitude almost like he was making fun of my order. I would literally say “no meat” and he would purposefully say “chicken” or “what” in a condescending tone. It was unnecessary and awkward because by the 3rd attempt i had to yell at him no meat. I always have to ask for extra because they are incredibly stingy with the portions. One time I asked the cashier if I could get a drink. She charged me but never gave me a cup and gave me attitude when I went back to grab my cup that I WAS CHARGED BUT NEVER GOT. Please avoid this location and they’re terrible, I have never felt so awkward and uncomfortable at a fast food place every single time I go. I don’t know where they find these rude and nasty workers they don’t know a single thing about customer service and human decency.
