They were very short staffed and were focusing on online orders & basically ignoring the long line of people in the store waiting to order. After several people left in frustration, they finally started serving the in-person guests.
Pick up order is always correct but orders are never on the pick up shelf. They are always behind the register then you rudely have to “skip” in front of the waiting customers to be handed a bag. Tables inside often appear dirty, so be warned if you’re eating inside. Overall: Please use the shelves as intended.
Super fast, super nice, and a portion twice as big as expected for a price that was totally worth it. It took me two tries, but I undoubtedly finished that entire burrito. I paid for one meal and got two!
