Food is not as good as it use to be and it is overpriced but I was craving a quick burrito. Service was good and they did not skimp on portions. Overall this location is one of the better Chipotle locations in Houston.
Well, this was my very first time at a Chipotle and I definitely was NOT impressed!!! Not one single employee looked happy about working there and the girl at the actual serving line definitely should NOT be the person in that position! She never once smiled or expressed excitement for a first time customer. The food counter was an absolute mess! She didn’t have enough serving utensils and was cross contaminating all the condiments like the sour cream, guacamole, pico, corn...
This is a very weird location just because the parking lot is cramped and so is the inside. My order was wrong even I ordered in person. They were out of the Agua frescas I got the hot honey chicken that I always get and this locations tasted like sweet barbecue
