I came here to throw my daughters 1st birthday but I don’t recommend coming here really bad management they forgot to put our food to cook so we waited one hour for our food The whole store is poorly ran. Get rid of the bald zesty manager he’s ruining this place

I completely forgot the gentleman from the front desk he was absolutely delightful so sweet knowledgeable and so welcoming. He went above and beyond for my visit, also I would like to recognize the lady from the kitchen our food was delicious and she was very attentive when I needed something. I went in on 11/20/25 at 11am. Will definitely get a membership due to my awesome experience.
This place needs an upgrade all the way . It smells right when you walk in you get the smell of smoke . Went there this past Monday I haven’t been there in years . The carpet needs to be taken out completely. The food came out in good timing as we were the only people there . The workers were nice and very attentive . This place like I said just needs an upgrade .
Chucky Cheese is # 1 in my book bringing familes together having Fun and making great memories.

Went to a birthday party here and honestly, I’m really disappointed. The customer service was terrible, our server(picture down below) , had an ugly attitude the entire time. It completely ruined the vibe , instead of enjoying ourselves and celebrating, we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. Wouldn’t recommend bringing your business here.
I hosted a birthday party for my daughter at Chuck E. Cheese, and it was an absolute disappointment, primarily due to the terrible attitude of the manager who was in charge of our section. I don’t know why she’s in a managerial position because her customer service was awful.
From the start, she was unprofessional and rude. Every time I asked a question, she rolled her eyes or responded with a snarky attitude. At one point, I asked if she could bring more paper plates, and her response was, “She already told me,” with an eye roll. I also had to ask for more cups for the kids, and instead of just helping, she asked, “How many?” like I was inconveniencing her. Her bad attitude continued throughout the entire event.
What really upset me was that it wasn’t just me noticing her behavior – my guests mentioned that they saw her rolling her eyes too. It made the entire experience uncomfortable and unpleasant. I had another employee helping us, and she was nothing like the manager – she was friendly, helpful, and actually seemed to care.
One of the most frustrating moments was when the manager came to ask if we had our cake and candles ready. I told her we were going to buy a cake from the counter, and instead of responding or offering any assistance, she just rolled her eyes and walked away without saying a word. It was like she didn’t want to be there, and it showed in every interaction we had.
I asked some people from another party who had been there the week before if they had experienced the same rude behavior, and they said no, so I have no idea what her problem was that day. Either she was making preferences or just had a terrible attitude, but it completely ruined the celebration for us.
The other staff members were actually really helpful and friendly, so it’s clear that the problem lies with this particular manager. If you’re planning on hosting an event here, do yourself a favor and make sure you don’t end up with this manager in charge. It’s just not worth it for the price you’re paying.
I won’t be coming back to Chuck E. Cheese for an event anytime soon. Definitely not a good experience.
We went to Chuck E. Cheese on Sunday for my niece’s birthday party, and the experience was awful. The person attending our table was very rude and unprofessional. She was wearing a red collared shirt, had short hair to her shoulders, and I believe she was the manager. She never smiled, rolled her eyes when we asked for things, and acted like she didn’t even hear us.
Our table was missing cups, and when she finally brought the pizza, she practically threw it on the table and said, “This is for the adults,” before walking off. She had a bad attitude the whole time. The worker at the next table was way more helpful than our own.
When it was time for cake, she asked last minute if we had a cake and candles — something she should’ve checked earlier. The customer service was terrible from start to finish, and it really ruined my niece’s special day. Definitely not the experience you expect for a kid’s birthday party.
I’m writing to share my deep concern about the treatment my child received at your Chuck E. Cheese location at 600 Gulfgate Center Mall, Houston, TX 77087. As a parent of a child with disabilities, I was extremely disappointed by how staff handled our visit.
My child was made to feel unwelcome and excluded, which is completely unacceptable — especially at a family-oriented business that should celebrate inclusion, kindness, and fun for every child.
I hope your management and district leadership take this seriously by providing proper training for employees on disability awareness and inclusion so all families can feel respected and valued.
I would appreciate a prompt response regarding what steps are being taken to prevent this from happening to any other family. The employee is Victoria Hernandez.
My baby had an wonderful experience this past Sunday 10.5.23, & so did we ! It was everything I could ask for & more the host Jessica, I believe her name was was WONDERFUL ! She made sure everything was just right, even after the party she was still hosting us that's what a real host is & I LOVE IT ! There is literally no complaints for me & mines we recommend others to go enjoy themselves as well. Be treated like royalty!🤗
