I've been going to this location & this is our 1st time to encounter poor management. Unacceptable attitude and also picked up salad bar 30 min. with many clientele before closing. Poor business etiquette.

The place is very nice, no more than the very expensive jumping they want for the socks… another thing should be to always put staff in Spanish because the majority of people go there are Hispanics, they sound like Hispanics

I booked a birthday at 6:30pm and I got there before 6:30 but nobody knew what they were doing so it took an hour for someone to come and help me get the cards for the party . I also ordered food once I got there and didn’t get the fries until they closed because they forgot and the manager asked “ well we are about to be close do you still want them ? “ so the kids definitely did not get 2 hours of play time and the party host was rushing us to sing happy birthday because she wanted to go home when we had just gotten the cards just very unprofessional I would never come back to this chuck e cheese again

well my grandson loves this place and every time he comes to Houston this is where we have to take him so we're grateful that it's so close and I hope you guys never close again cuz during COVID when you did it was so hard No other place matches Chuck e cheese is just Chuck e cheese

I want to start off by thanking Giselle with the utmost sincerity. Yesterday was my son’s first birthday and his mother and I had planned an elaborate day for him that included many sights and stops. You could even say over planned for a one year old. But we hadn’t planned anything for family and friends to get together and celebrate with him. We called the Chuck E. Cheese’s reservation line the day of his birthday hoping to schedule a party for that night, but they informed us that it was absolutely nothing they could do to help make my son’s big day special because we needed to had called at least a day before to set up a reservation. So me, naturally not giving up in the face of adversity, stopped by the Gulfgate location early in the day where I spoke with the on duty manager, Giselle and explained my dilemma. She was so sweet and understanding, and although she could not create a reservation, she insisted that she could find a way to help make his day special in her location. When I returned later that night to celebrate with my son Giselle had kept her word, she had went above and beyond to give us an amazing customer experience. She set up our table decorations herself, put birthday crowns and cups together, put party cards on the kids wrists, and ultimately gave us the complete gift of feeling welcomed and appreciated as people. We had so much fun and enjoyed every moment. From the food to the games to service. Everything was amazing and Giselle helped to make a special day even more memorable. Thank you!
