Chulas food is of really poor quality. My burrito had more refried beans than chicken. In fact, we laughed at the very little chicken that was in my burrito. The worst thing was that when we got the bill, we realized that we had been charged for a side order of chicken that we never got, AND for salsa. When we complained we were told they would take off the extra charges but that they indeed charged for everything they served. When the bill came back again, they had not take the extra chicken we supposedly ate. The service was slow, the food was of very poor quality and we were charged for chicken we didn't eat.
