THE BEST BINGSU outside of Korea! I can eat the entire medium portion by myself. The layers of flurried snow with crushed peanuts...can't wait to go back! The bingsu is a must try. We got the original, bc the original is always the best!

Had the volcano and sweet potato sausage. Surprised at how both tasted uniquely different. Sweet potato with sugar was the best!

I honestly loveeee CHUNG CHUNG but yesterday I had the WORST experience with their costumer service. While placing my order the guy was laughing at us and being really rude, I ordered multiple drinks, he left out so many thing from my order, I guess he was busy being sarcastic... Anyways I love their food, costumer service was never an issue before, hopefully they can work on that. Mind that we were not the only family being treated this way by the same person, the family sitting next to us complain about the same thing.

Bingsoo was terrible. We ordered Black Sesame bingsoo. It had no flavor. Shaved ice was so bland, rough texture instead of being soft. I don't think they used the actual milk. The black sesame toppings didn't taste good. It's fake black sesame. The almonds on top was such a bad idea. It's not crunch. Almond is totally unnecessary. Mochi was not chewy, maybe not fresh... Strawberry tang hu ru was alright.. overly sweet. I ran home to brush my teeth. Service was OK. Not great.

Experience here was good. The potato corndog was great, especially since I don't eat corndogs. My daughter enjoyed the potato half and half. The food is hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean so it was a nice experience. Will definitely come back.
