I sometimes get tired of the tea base so I come here for the mung bean drink. I like it both hot and cold. The service is really quick and I didn't have to wait too long for my order to come out!Keep in mind, this is a cashless business.Parking: I always seem to find parking no matter when I go.
One of my favorite places for drinks! Their house coffee and Vietnamese iced coffee is *chefs kiss* Quick service, small but VERY consistent menu (just how I like it), always clean and friendly service.

Mung bean, half sugar, easy ice, with honey boba was really good! I wish they could go below 50% sugar for those with less of a sweet tooth. I also wish that there’d be a honey-less boba option, aka just plain normal boba. (Vietnamese coffee was also good.) Staff are friendly and service is quick.
