Need new staff, this location was dirty , atmosphere was unclean and smell , staff scratched heads and went back to making pizza, no fresh food out, she reached under cabinet to bring out pizza , pizza was sitting out , lettuce bar was dirty , soda machine was full of water and soda , no straws , Restrooms were dirty.

Lettuce was rotten, I asked the employee if they had a newer batch and he said thats all they had. That definitely shouldn't be offered to the customers. Health hazard 100%... soup had very few pieces of chicken, no flavor, pizza didn't have variety and not many ingredients. Over all poor quality nd presentation.

I was highly disappointed with my food. Mainly bread and barely any toppings. I would not pay my hard earned money to eat here again. A lot of the tables were dirty. Staff is nice enough, didn’t really have an issue with them. The quality of this food is just not up to par. My wife had a rotten piece of spinach in her salad and the Mac and cheese pizza was bland. I regret that I spent my money on this food.

The salad bar had frozen vegetation Even the salad dressing.After asking employee possibly the manager if he knew the salad bar was frozen he simply said yes.So we asked for our money back. We went to the one on Bellaire everything there was fresh. And they offered the older ones in our group senior discount.The one in Gulfgate did not.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Jose M (at register) was extremely rude and unprofessional. He had attitude while we were trying to pay as well as the people behind me. Food was not fresh. Noodles were cold and hard. Chicken soup at ZERO noodles in it, overally experience here was awful and I will not recommend to eat here.

Staff are always friendly. & food is a hit or miss depending on Mgr. On duty. The guy with long hair runs the best shift. Solid sald bar and if you place order for personalized pizza, make sure to keep an eye out! Also, it's always soo Hot! They blinds for the wondows!

Me and my family were not able to eat or even come in. We came at 8:36 pm and all the doors were locked because they stopped the buffet at 8 pm even though the store doesn’t close until 10 pm. We spent 20 dollars on an uber just to not be able to eat. Will not be coming back, terrible experience. And to make it worst, they had people inside having a party but me and my family of 3 had to stand outside in the cold until another uber came.

For the past 5 weeks I've been coming here every Tuesday and it is amazing. I always arrive as soon as it opens, expecting for not the best. But every single time I am surprised. The workers are all amazing and deserve a raise, there is a good variety of pizza and they make it of you asked because I've seen maybe 11 different pizzas. And they all taste absolutely amazing. This is CiCi's and you probably aren't expecting the best but it is genuinely some of the best food I've ever eaten. There is other reviews that say the food is crappy, but at least the Tuesday chef makes the pizzas with a dust of love because they are absolutely amazing. The tables are always clean, soda machine works great, and the atmosphere is very homey, there's a lot of people that go and have fun and laugh, mother's with their kids enjoying themselves, and sometimes whole construction groups going there and making the place lively. There is absolutely everything you want here.
This CiCi's is a perfect demonstration of this community, good food, and a positive environment. A 10/10. Please go here. I'll probably review every week and I can almost guarantee that this place will keep being 5/5 stars. This place is amazing.
Not awesome, but not completely horrible either. It's cheap you're not going to get the best pizza in the world. I found it odd they wanted me to tip for a buffet. I had zero interaction with any employee other than paying the fee for the food. Some parents were not controlling their children. The staff was visibly downtrodden and depressed. The whole experience was underwhelming. Of course I haven't been to a cici's in 30 years. Quality has gone down everywhere not just here. I have two slices and left. Wasn't worth the calories. If I'm going to eat something that's unhealthy at least it should taste good. Buffet with no soda just water was about 10 bucks. There's so many amazing pizza places in Houston. I wouldn't waste your time. The employees were polite though, they did nothing wrong I could just tell they hated it there. Who could blame them? I would advise to skip CiCi's go to home slice or pinks.
