Food was Stale, dirty tables and drinks counter, food was cold, and staff was rude. And there was only 5 pizza options. My jaw shouldn't pop while eating a cinnamon roll. I have never been disappointed while at a Cici's until today. Never coming back to this location for sure.

Absolutely love the night staff on Friday 3/8/2024. They were so polite and helpful. Great service I will definitely drive 40 minutes just to come to this location again. Right before the store closed they still serviced me after I went to tons of places with my last minute pregnancy cravings and they’re the only ones that didn’t close before the store time shown online. Love this and they are amazing!!!

There was hardly any pizza, customers have to wait a long time for pizza,utensil, and napkins. Under staff and plates were not clean enough. Past sauce tasted like water. The experience was just terrible. The manager or owner needs to improve the conditions of this restaurant.

Food was mostly bad. The soup was water, the tea was water, there were no sodas (and they refused to give refunds on the sodas we bought, even while knowing there was no soda). The food, even when put out fresh, tasted old or slightly bitter and off. The store was still clean and there were plenty of clean plates, but no utensils. Would not recommend.

Staff seems as if they don't want to be there. Food is not up to the level of quality I'm used to from other locations. They allow the line to get old and hard or empty and have to be asked to make the most basic of pizzas and other products that are usually standard for CiCi's. It's used to be a good location, but they have fallen off lately

Im usually weary about buffet food but this location was really nice. It was clean, organized, and spacious. The staff continued to bring out fresh, hot pizzas and desserts. They continuously kept the buffet and seating area clean. I definitely recommend visiting this location.

Pzza, okay, can eat until full. Salad is okay, just Ranch dressing is yucky. Low calorie, maybe. It has been ages since I used Thousand Island. Dessert pizzas were limited today. The soda fountain is not working today. Only water or teas. Bbq pizza is good.
