Cicis Pizza offers a clean environment and good service, especially on Friday nights. The staff is polite and helpful, and they even serve last-minute cravings. During special occasions, the restaurant provides promotions like a free buffet with drink purchase, honoring veterans. Despite some minor issues, the place remains busy with kids and families. Customers mention the staff is friendly, clean, and attentive, with one noting the service is phenomenal, including keeping the pizza hot and remembering specific requests. The food quality has improved recently, and the atmosphere remains welcoming. Customers appreciate the great variety, fresh and delicious pizzas, salads, and desserts. The staff, led by Elias, goes above and beyond to ensure a proper welcome and provide an overall amazing experience, making this a place worth revisiting.
