It's been a long, long time since being here. It looked the same as I remember. But, I thought the food was a little better than this. I started with various pizza options. All were tasteless and paper thin toppings, including sauce or cheese or whatever it was supposed to be. So, I tried the pasta. Pasta didn't looked to be cooked properly and was hard. The sauce and parmasan cheese was ok. Even though the cheese was individually wrapped. I thought that was a weird way to serve cheese on a buffet. And, then I tried the salad. I love a good salad bar. Not many options, everything fresh, very basic, but ok. But, then after tasting, the Ranch dressing was thinned down and tasted terrible. Overall, a terrible dinner experience. And, I was hungry coming in and left very dissatisfied. I won't be eating here again. I guess my pallet has gotten used to better prepared and better quality ingredients for some time now.

No wait manager is super friendly and complies with all pizza desires. I love how he's eager to make it happen, loved taking all the kids. I do wish the kids buffet was cheaper because kids don't eat That much lol Also the cinnamon buns 🤤

As I walked in I was greeted with hostility by an employee named sofia and was told that my family and I could not eat here even tho I pointed out that there were quite some people still in the lobby and that turning away potential paying customers would not be good for business after I got turned away the employee continued to turn away other paying customers due to it being 10 min past 9pm

I love writing reviews for occasions like these because it just shows why establishments fail so quickly! I want to thank Sofia, for turning away countless paying customers to be specfic 6 in 5mins all because at 9:00pm it turns into a to-go only establishment! I think someone should rethink management, clearly a big reason for the owner missing out on profits! The attitude and customer service just on initial contact was disgusting, i would advise those who try to come and eat here, Don't waste your time!

I was incredibly shocked when walking into the establishment and asked if they had wings and the girl that was standing at the register said no! Like how are you all cici’s pizza with no wings. I just walked out. It was just incredibly wierd to me almost like they just didn’t want to cook them. I probably won’t ever go back to that location for simply them not having any wings. My son’s birthday was today and he specifically chose cici’s (why I have no earthly idea) but he did. Just highly dissatisfied with the fact they had no wings.

We came into Cici at 9 pm and they closed at 10 and the lady at the front told us we couldn’t eat at the buffet because there about to close. There was people already eating at the buffet too. So we had to order food and wait, then a family came after us asking for a buffet and the lady said no to her then after a little bit of talking SHE GOT THE BUFFET while we had to sit and wait for our food to go and had to spend more money. Terrible experience

This place is very dirty don't have the help to clear off plates place just sits on the table chairs are halfway down overall not good make sure you have hand sanitizer
This experiences was one the greatest because, my family and me was expecting good pizza a good service. But definitely this time was amazing for us. Food, service clean restaurant and fresh salad bar. Thank you to Esmeralda she did a great job. Also the stuff people did good. I am pretty sure coming back soon.

I wouldn't order takeout. I've gotten the Buffalo Pizza poppers multiple times. There's no Buffalo sauce on it. They never want to give me the sauce that comes with it.Only the ones that I pay for when it's supposed to come with a dipping sauce. If they don't have something you order, they just remove it. And don't tell you If you're having it delivered

I came around lunch time, buffet was fresh and they had a good variety of pizzas. Everything was and everyone was great from the moment I walked in. Wonderful customer service! Kudos to Josue he was very friendly and attentive with all the customers. I will definitely be coming back.
