The service received from the 2 girls working at this locating was VERY disappointing, they were BOTH rude and obviously not happy to be doing there jobs. I had to wait 10 min to receive a water bottle and drink, when I asked for help I was told to wait longer.

The service was great. The quality of the actual cinnamon roll is not the same. There was barely any brown sugar mixture so the roll was very dry. I cannot justify paying $5 for a cinnamon roll when it taste the same as or worse than a prepackaged grocery store one for a fraction of the cost. They use to be delicious.

So I originally wanted to have a drink last night, but I substituted it for a delicious cinnamon roll from Cinnabon :) It was mmhhmm good too! I could smell the rolls baking as I walking through the mall approaching Cinnabon. The girls working there were polite as usual and the rolls looked extra delicious today!I like their reward program they have when you download the app too!

I’ve never been to a Cinnabon where the entire roll just tastes exactly like the center of the roll. I brought some home as well and even when reheated they were soft. So good

There was a pop up electrical storm the day we visited but the warm sticky buns made up for the wet feet!!!!

I just had to drive all the way back to this Cinnabon after they charged me for an order of bonbites which are $5.99 keep in mind with gas prices I had to use over 3 gallons of gas $15+, would not recommend to my worst enemy to come here also not to mention when I asked for a freebie after the inconvenience I was blatantly ignored although there was absolutely nobody they were serving please use this as a sign to not come to this Cinnabon location.
