My nieces and I were out exploring and we passed this little bakery, part of a chain operation. We stopped and bought the sticky buns which we ate and enjoyed later.
The employee was rude. I wasn’t greeted at all as I walked up, even after I said “hello”. The employee had an impolite tone. I decided not to buy anything after her rude, careless responses. I had only asked for the price of an Apple juice. If the employee were nicer, I would behave bought the apple juice and possibly more than that as well. This location is blocking their blessings.

Just bought a six pack Cinnabon. When I came home and had a bite, it was hard as a rock. It tasted stale, old and not fresh. Worse, there is no trace of cinnamon at all. The box came from inside , not the one freshly baked display. I’m very certain this is a a left over from previous days. I ended up throwing the whole box which cost me more than $25.00
It’s was a waste of money. Will never be a costumer again.

Horrible place. I never had to complain about a Cinnabon before until today. 3 people behind the counter and not 1 greeted me when I walked to the counter. I stood there for at least a minute and still no one greeted me or offered to help. At that point I figured they didn't want my business so I walked away.

They don't even have a working number to where I can call and speak to someone!
Excited to eat here before leaving the mall, only to be service a hard, stail Cinnabon. I brought a 9 pack which was over $25. I at least expected to receive hot and fresh. This will be my last time visiting this location!

Their carmel with pecans was the best and it's a nice size cinnamon roll. You get your money worth.
Came in for a sweet sweet snack and was treated very nice and with respect by Damion. Very attentive and went as far to heat up my cinabon more ( per my request). Ty ! Definitely recommend.

I had a terrible experience at the Cinnabon in Memorial City Mall. I walked in intending to buy a 6-pack to take home to my family. I noticed there were only 4 rolls in the display, so I assumed they didn’t have enough for a 6-pack and opted for a 4-pack instead. What I didn’t realize—because no one bothered to explain—is that I was being charged individually for 4 cinnamon rolls at nearly $7 each, instead of the 4-pack price listed clearly on the menu at $19.49.
When I questioned the total, the employee vaguely said the 4-pack price is only for the cold ones. I told her that was totally fine—I was planning to eat them later anyway, and they’d be cold by then regardless. Then another employee chimed in saying the price only applies to the pre-packaged ones on display and since they were out, there was nothing they could do. I asked why something would be listed on the menu if I couldn’t actually buy it—and they just brushed me off. I even asked if they could simply make a 4-pack or 6-pack on the spot, and was flat-out told no.
In the end, I felt completely taken advantage of and frustrated. I ended up just buying 2 for my sister and me and walking away disappointed.
This whole experience was off-putting for several reasons:
1. There was zero communication or explanation of the pricing change—someone with a language barrier could easily be overcharged without realizing it.
2. Are these discounted packs just old rolls they’re trying to get rid of? Why can’t they make a fresh pack?
3. The customer service was unprofessional—rude tone, no effort to help or explain, and a general “we don’t care” attitude.
I don’t live in this area, and I’m glad I don’t. When I do visit again, I’ll be sure to avoid this Cinnabon completely. Terrible experience from start to finish.
We can never go to the Mall without stopping at Cinnabon. The young employees are always helpful and friendly. The Cinnabon’s speak for themselves. Delicious!! Going to the Mall today.
