I ordered coffee, pretzels n cinnamon bread, the quality of coffee beans is quite good! Gotta say that the food is the best one I have ever had in all the airports I’ve been. All the staffs are so nice as well! Will come back next time definitely :) The only weakness is the cup lid doesn't lock the cup very tightly, so it's a bit easy for it to come off.

Google says they close at 9pm, we arrived at 8:15pm and the rude girl told us they were closed. TSA was a better experience than this..

Got some cinnamon rolls while waiting for my airplane to start boarding. Staff was friendly. Prices are a bit high, but usual for airports. Food was tasty and fresh.

I was killing time before my morning flight and I gave in to temptation to buy a cup of coffee and one of the famous cinnamon roles. It was sort of a breakfast, but very sweet.

For an airport it was great service. The staff had great attitudes and good recommendations this early morning, when one wants to eat their feelings.

Rude rude rude as can be. The staff behind the counter stating they were closed even though their opening times state 9 pm. And there a manner in which you speak to people. Avoid at all costs.

Houston Intercontinental Airport location in terminal E/skywalk. I walked pretty far to find the location and bought 3 (one for me, my husband and daughter = $17.00). Then got on the plane and had stale dry buns that had to be day old product that were reheated. The person who waited on me looked like a franchise owner, not an hourly worker. Corporate should be ashamed of his representing their brand.

I’ve always enjoyed Cinnabon in the past, so I was excited to stop by this location. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. The cinnamon roll was dry and lacked the usual softness and warmth I’ve come to expect. On top of that, they were very stingy with the frosting, which really took away from the whole experience. For over $7, I was hoping for a much better treat. I understand that sometimes things don’t go perfectly, but given the price, I was left feeling pretty disappointed. I won’t be returning, but I hope this location can improve moving forward.

Quick services and good food. Always like to stop in and grab some snacks to take on the plane and eat on when meals are being served during my flights.

Do NOT recommend for cinnamon rolls. The classic cinnamon roll does not taste anything like one at their other locations. Not only was the outside ring rock hard but a large part of the cinnamon roll was tough and dry. There was little icing. Cinnamon rolls do not look at earlier photos posted in reviews. Purchased around 7am - maybe they were serving yesterday’s stake leftovers?
