Comida Hondureña 5 Estrellas (Food Truck)

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered Pollo con Tajadas and they gave me chicken with plantain CHIPS. Im so mad i wasted my money on this if i can give 0 stars i will. Customer service SUCKS. Lady has a attitude and is not helpful at all !

Don't advertise you close at 10, I got here at 9:34 and they said they're closed and womt cook anything. Not so friendly customer service, they made a face when I approached to order, just to be denied service.

The truth is that I visit this place a lot. The chicken with slice is my favorite, the portions are large, the service is good, we always order 20 minutes before, to avoid the wait.

After being my favorite place in Houston I have now decided not to return, for starters the person serving is too arrogant, secondly, they told me that it would be ready in 20 minutes, I arrived and I was still waiting for them to give it to me, all cold!!!! I called and it still tells me that I arrived 10 minutes after it was ready😴 they gave me other dishes, the same, cold. What a disappointment.

5 star food 1 star service. They tell you that your food will be ready in 20 minutes and it ends up taking 40 minutes to prepare it.

I always come to buy because the food is delicious. This time I ordered and they gave me the wrong order. They added a few beans and didn't add cheese 🤦‍♀️and if someone complains to them, they just look at each other and get upset.

They don't serve an hour waiting and then they come out, what they told me when that never happened because I was in front of them ️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼 ‍♀️

Terrible service, the workers are all arrogant, when you call they don't give good service, they all answer with a bad temper and when you ask for brisket they always say no there, only there leg
They should put people who are kind and not pedantic people like the ones they have 🥴🥴

They take too long to get orders ready and expect you to be waiting there, if you order over the phone they will sell your order to some one else. The cashier doesn't have any customers service and very rude
