Common Grounds Uncommon Coffee

I dont know how the coffee is. Took us 15 minutes to find the place because its hidden on the 3rd floor of an office building. We were walking in circles trying to find it. Google said it was on the first floor. We didn’t find out it was on the 3rd floor until we called to find out how to get there. We got there right at closing time and they wouldn’t take our order. After talking to someone I would assume they would at least take one order. They should have told us they were already cleaning up when we called, so we didn’t make the extra trip up to the 3rd floor. All in all, they lost two new customers. Now we are caffeine-less and frustrated.

Im only writing this so other people know how to get there and not make our mistakes.

Really great coffee and food! Love a convenient coffee shop or quick stop for lunch, Common Grounds is the place to go! The staff is extremely friendly and knows how to make a good coffee! (It’s on the 3rd floor just a heads up)

Lydia and Angel know their coffee. I’m not a coffee drinker but I needed something to wake me up and taste good. That was the perfect blend. Also, music is fire!!

This is my new Friday place. The coffee is delicious— especially the pour over. And Lydia and Angel are friendly and smiling every time I come in. If you’re looking for it for the first time it’s in the third floor lobby.

It was inside of an office building (be sure to go up to the mezzanine floor!). Large was ok, pretty pricey, just overall unimpressed.

High-end and delicious coffee with great service, lots of options, modern ambiance. It's a bright spot in my otherwise busy day to take a break from work and grab a latte. Thanks for being here for the office workers!! And thank you for having a rewards program so I can save $$ sometimes!!

Great coffee shop right in the heart of downtown. Remember though that you have to go to the third floor to find it. This is like the speakeasy of coffee shops. Lilly and Angel took care of caffeine addiction today, but they all are amazing baristas.
