Food taste great. The food portion compared to other Caribbean restaurants for the price is a smaller portion. There isn't that much of a difference servings wise between a regular and large plate beside the higher cost! They have a constency of well seasoned cuisine

The coco bread and beef patties are excellent

They don't answer the phone. No gravy, no jerk sauce, just dry rice and dry chicken.

Horrible customer service. My husband and I placed an Uber Eats order from this restaurant. The first Uber driver stole our food and falsely marked the order in a way that resulted in another driver being assigned. When the second driver arrived, the restaurant stated that someone had already picked up the order. The second driver was willing to deliver our food, but the restaurant refused to remake the order so that we could receive what we paid for. When we called to explain the situation, the employee who answered was rude, hung up on us, and refused to assist. While the first driver was responsible for taking the food, the restaurant had an opportunity to make the situation right and chose not to. Refusing to fulfill a paid order with a driver present demonstrates a complete lack of customer service and concern for customers. Experiences like this are exactly why people hesitate to support certain establishments. Extremely disappointing. I will not be returning.

This is the first time I am making a review and I never make reviews online about a restaurant but the food or plate I received is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I ordered an oxtail plate through UberEats and this is what I received. I paid $28.44 + the fees and taxes to receive an oxtail plate with 3 small oxtails in it. First of all I have never seen a restaurant put the meat or oxtails in the side container. That is supposed to be the main item. The rice and peas was burnt, old, hard and cold. I tried calling the restaurant and was not able to get anyone because they don't answer their phone. This is Absolutely Ridiculous!!

Ordered a large oxtail plate, the oxtails were cut in half plus they gave really small oxtails. I had not been here in years and the quality has gone way down
