The staff such as the leasing office, the maintenance team, and concierge are wonderful! A great team like this truly makes a difference when deciding on your next home.

The building is in a great location in the city, and it's on the train line. Housekeeping does a good job keeping the building looking and smelling nice. I enjoyed my 3 years at the property. I actually lived in 2 different apartments there. Ashley and Sebastian are the BEST leasing professionals I have ever dealt with. I didn't deal with Austin much, but he seemed pretty cool, too. All of the Concierges were polite and professional. My cars were never damaged or vandalized. I always had cool neighbors. My only real complaint is with the fire alarm system that went off too regularly, and there was never a fire. The last one before I moved happened around 445 am, and it scared my dog and me out of our sleep in the most heart-pounding way. He was terrified. It's definitely a great choice, if you're looking for something in that area.

I really really enjoy living here! The staff, especially Sebastian, is extremely helpful. I've worked with him since I previously lived in a sister property, and since moving to this location, he's been nothing but spectacular and professional. I enjoy the amenities here. Maintenance is often same day. I've never had an issue while living here. I love that I can't really hear my neighbors. I have a wonderful view the skyline and my place of work. No complaints or issues at all.

Everyone has been so helpful and friendly since I’ve moved in. Ashley gave me the tour and helped me find the right apartment. I frequently just sit downstairs and talk to the concierge for a bit. Amenities are always nice. Only bad thing would be the mixed crowd of younger and older folks. A bit of conflict at times but nothing too serious

If you want your flytraps to look like this after two days, live here!

At least 10 residents and I have been complaining to management about the fly issue for two months. They are everywhere. Other residents have even started putting fly traps in common spaces like hallways. Management has done little to nothing to rectify the issue, so I’ve resorted to spending $100+ on fly traps in hopes to make this apartment inhabitable. While some of the staff seem concerned, they can’t communicate an action plan, and others are downright patronizing.

Answer me this, if the weather is the issue how come all my friends in other apartments aren’t dealing with this? Take some accountability Camden.

The Camden Company In General Was Horrible Lived At Camden Yorktown had to deal with numerous break ins with cars and our homes consistently attempted to give the company another shot and transferred to this location and i was lied to was told the building had generators etc and was out of power for more then 24 hours only reason I signed my lease was because of the generators would have never chosen this property or transferred here if I was told the truth

Lived here 3 years. I love the apartments and the location. I like how the work with entrepreneurs in order to get them accepted and moved in also. Only negatives I would say is the dog parks are constantly dirty and the people living here are young so it’s very busy and mixy.

Worst apartment management I have ever experienced
Day 3 with no power while the community spaces have power, it’s clearly a property issue and we have received zero updates or information. Whatever the news good or bad, communication and transparency is not how Camden manages.
Security team around the community(not part of Camden) will harass you and I have seen them yell and scream at women with their dogs just for accidents on the grass(while I just had to run away from a person who seemed to be without a home screaming at me) but they only care about dog poop?
Move in day the team will not assist and elevators constantly malfunction.
Rarely get ahold of anyone on the property.
There is NOT 24/7 security nor concierge.
I hate it here!
