All Craft workers are very polite! Every morning on my way out I grab a coffee and it's the best thing this community has done. It's very convenient when headed out to work!

I visit my friends in this complex frequently, so I've had drinks from here a few times. The smores iced latte with oat milk (pictured below) was good, but I was a little taken aback when my total was in the $8 range. It was good, but not $8 good. If the barista hadn't already made the drink, I probably would have canceled the transaction. On the weekdays from 1:00 - 1:30 PM, they have iced coffees for $1 that can be sweetened with various pumps of syrup that are 50 cents each. I'd say that can be worth it and is a convenient perk for residents of this apartment complex. The iced coffee I've had from here is somewhere between bland and bitter, so don't forget to ask for packets of sugar if you prefer your drink sweeter!

It's coffee if you're just looking for coffee, but it gives off a very unsexy vibe of being a nice perk that's been added for the benefit of the residents of the building it's attached to, and not a business that's been built because someone loved coffee and wanted to build a cool place. It's immediately adjacent to the leasing office for the building, the design/furniture all matches, deliveries to residents go to the cafe as if it was reception, and maintenance people, etc., are walking through the coffee shop area.I'm not saying it's bad for what it is, but if you're looking for a neighborhood coffee shop, this is not it.Pro tip: if you go anyway, make a point to ask for your latte unsweetened, unless that's something you go for.

Craftwork at Camden McGowen Station has really great coffee and the team is so kind. My favorite drink is a dirty chai latte. They also have really good seasonal drinks right now like a Peppermint White Mocha and Toasted S’mores Latte.

I LOVE Craftwork at McGowen Station. Such a cool concept! It makes the apartment feel like a hotel. The Bar Host (Micah) remembers my name and my order (americano). What a great amenity to the residents who live here!

Convenient parking, friendly team, and great drinks! My favorites are an oat milk cappuccino or their seasonal lattes. I will be back!

Let's start with the good- the baristas are excellent! Super sweet and personable. I got a maple latte with oat milk; it was good...not amazing but good. They not only serve coffee, but also snacks, sodas and alcohol. Now for the not so good- the baked goods are, I'm assuming, factory produced. I assume that because when I asked the barista where they are from/are they from a local baker (because they don't have a kitchen on site), she said she didn't know exactly, they just get them in a box/shipment. Also the maple latte I got (although it was good) was EXPENSIVE. That small 8oz cup cost me a little over $7. I get the upcharge for oat...most places do that; so I'm used to it...but SEVEN dollars for a small coffee?! Definitely not worth the price considering you can get more for a lot less at nearby cafes/coffee shops (Common Bond is literally across the street). But if you're a resident of Camden and it's raining and you don't want to drive or make it at home, it's an option.

SAVE A LOT MONEY AND DO NOT COME HERE. I have been living in Camden complex in Houston and Austin for a few years. My husband work require him to move from city to city and almost every time we had to move was easy but last year my husband had to move to San Antonio and I found out that there is not Camden in this city so I had to break the contract. This is when my nightmare begins, my husband’s company offered help us with the money to move and I went to talk to someone at the office what to do, they talked to me about fees and other things so not to get confuse with all the information I asked -what is the TOTAL amount of money I will need to break the contract. They said I would need 10 thousand to break this contract. I thought it was too much money and I tried to sublease or something else but we couldn’t do anything. We talked my husband’s company to see if how they could help us and at the end they helped us. When I finally fixed all about the money I went back to the office and they said I needed more money (12thousand). They said that THEY MADE A MISTAKE and that another person that broke the contract just before us had the same problem. I was really upset but at the end I had to pay what they asked for so at this point I had to go the office like 10 times and I’ve had already talk to Erick, Adrian, Christina and Kayle or keyli what ever is her name, to fix this and I had to travel from San Antonio to Houston and Houston to San Antonio on weekends. So Erick told me to get the check for the cancelation fee which I did and I was back next day with the check, Cristina was there and she told me to leave the check in a little box and that Erick should know what is that for. After that I went back one more time and had a conversation with keyli I this is her name and she said that she did not had any notes about us leaving but Adrian told her that Erick forgot to put the note and she said -Ho ok, we are humans WE MAKE MISTAKES. So my husband is trying to pay last amount of money and now they are saying that there is not record of any of this so there is not cancellation. Erick told me that he didn’t hear from after last conversation so he thought that we didn’t want to cancel, I explained that I talk to Cristina and he said there is no record of anything. I am still waiting for this to be resolve after months. DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PLACE!!!
