Camden McGowen Station Apartments offers a great location in the city, conveniently on the train line. Residents enjoy beautiful amenities, covered parking, and a building that is well-maintained and clean. The staff, including leasing professionals, maintenance team, and concierges, are friendly, professional, and responsive, ensuring requests are handled quickly and with care. The maintenance team, especially Armando, provides high-quality service, making living there comfortable. Housekeeping keeps the building looking and smelling nice. Residents appreciate the cool neighbors and feel safe with their cars kept undamaged. However, there is a concern about the fire alarm system, which sometimes goes off regularly without fire, causing unnecessary stress. Overall, Camden McGowen Station Apartments is a recommended choice for those seeking a well-located, friendly community with good amenities and attentive staff.
