I have loved living in this complex! Amenities are beautiful and location is great. The maintenance team is top notch and always resolves requests right away. Armando the maintenance manager is extremely responsive, always handles requests with care and provides high quality service!
The building is in a great location in the city, and it's on the train line. Housekeeping does a good job keeping the building looking and smelling nice. I enjoyed my 3 years at the property. I actually lived in 2 different apartments there. Ashley and Sebastian are the BEST leasing professionals I have ever dealt with. I didn't deal with Austin much, but he seemed pretty cool, too. All of the Concierges were polite and professional. My cars were never damaged or vandalized....
I really really enjoy living here! The staff, especially Sebastian, is extremely helpful. I've worked with him since I previously lived in a sister property, and since moving to this location, he's been nothing but spectacular and professional. I enjoy the amenities here. Maintenance is often same day. I've never had an issue while living here. I love that I can't really hear my neighbors. I have a wonderful view the skyline and my place of work. No complaints...
