The goat cheese appetizer from Curate is amazing! We were working on a business review and went through several orders of it. Highly recommend it.

My mom and I have stayed in the hotel several times now. We have really enjoyed this restaurant. We have ordered the salmon salad multiple times and it always very good. We ordered some simple appetizers- edamame and the hummus - both were good portions, fresh and good. The wine pours are generous and the staff super friendly. I also thought the atmosphere overlooking Fannin, with beautiful bar and I think a fireplace (maybe it was just a sitting area with a tv?) was very cozy. Only one time there was a loud, obnoxious patron at the bar - but it was a baseball playoff night so meh. Ok. Maybe it was the guy that left the angry review?? I’d recommend this place and have multiple times.

The bread pudding was delicious could have had a whole scoop of ice cream instead of a dollop. Wings were not good. Chicken fried chicken was small but tasted ok. Overall felt like an average hotel bar. Service was a little slow. Ambiance was great and location is perfect if you're visiting with family at TMC. I would only try again due to lack of other nearby options.

Food was good and service was quick and very friendly. We ate dinner here twice, servings were fairly large and good value.

Pretty good food for a limited menu hotel restaurant. We had the fish tacos which were grilled, fresh and delicious, hot wings were your basic, and the salmon was better than expected! Service was just ok. Not enough wait staff for customers. But we were in no rush so it was fine. Key lime pie was delish! It was perfect after a long day of traveling to stay at hotel and get a decent dinner!

NOT THE MENU you see on here!!! They have down graded ( and I do mean downgraded) to American average at best. Really bummed I was looking forward to their shrimp and cheddar grits.

I need to post a GREAT Review for Curate! I tell you, I wasn't expecting that much from them but I ate there twice during my stay and both meals were outstanding. The chicken and shrimp dishes were delicious. Very impressed with the chef. If you like chicken soup like I do, I asked the bartender if it was worthy trying and she said it was amazing. So for $9 I decided what the heck and boy was she right. There was just something unique and so flavorful with the chicken soup and I would get it every time now. The service was great too and the place has a wonderful atmosphere. If you're staying at the Marriott, there's no need to leave the building, your delicious dinner is right there on the 2nd floor. Enjoy.

Fish tacos were very tasty, chips and queso were just ok... but free thanks to Marriott Bonvoy. Service was warm and friendly!

This place was a good choice for dinner since I didn't want to venture out from the hotel after the parking debacle I experienced, which is another review. My server was attentive and pleasant. I started with a signature cocktail which wasn't very well made, so I switched to wine for dinner. I had the citrus linguine, which was good but needed a little more citrus flavor. This was easily remedied with a few lemon wedges squeezed over. Large TV that was playing the Astros game, and a few smaller ones. Nice atmosphere. Would visit again if staying at this hotel.

Servers were extremely helpful & attentive. Warm goat cheese dip is amazing! Highly recommend. Other food was ok. Caesar salad not worth it. The restaurant is extremely noisy. I could barely hear the people at our table. Not sure what you do about that. The noise is not a deal breaker tho. We made a reservation, but no one seats you when you arrive. You seat yourself. We were lucky...there was one table left. Don't count on your online reservation. Not sure if this is normal for them or not.

Totally blown away by this place. I don't expect a hotel restaurant to have good food but this place does. I ate here solo before the Taylor Swift concert on a Friday night and wish that I had more people with me so that I could have tried more food. The bartender was friendly and helpful. I had two beers and a mixed drink - the mixed drink was a rum/pineapple juice/cranberry concoction and tasted yummy. I ordered the chicken fried chicken with bacon and onion green beans and mashed potatoes, with white gravy. When I say that this food was delicious, I'm not kidding. This was the most tasty chicken fried chicken I've ever eaten. Moist, juicy, tender. Not overcooked, light and tasty breading. It was outstanding. The mashed potatoes were a little bit dry for my taste but they were good. Gravy was delicious as were the green beans. I really enjoyed my meal here. Solid place!!

Food and service by an excellent staff was above and beyond. Stopped in every evening after a hard day. Made coming home to a hotel room very enjoyable.
