Custom Burgers

I wish I had read the reviews before buying here. I just paid $15 for the tiniest burger ever. No fries. Waited 20 mins, grill was not working well. Tastes good, but not worth all the wait and lack of service.

Hope people who are wanting to use the “easy” QR code for ordering see this. They apparently don’t use it and I didn’t know until 15 mins later when I walked to the counter to ask about my order. it says kid menu hamburger w/ fries and drink on the QR menu. They don’t have fries there which I didn’t find out until after I paid and got the large container with one very tiny hamburger. So you pay $10.99 for a very small kids cheeseburger only. I was traveling solo with 4 kids so thought ordering online would be so much easier. But was so very wrong. Very expensive. Need to have other options for hamburgers and kid meals in terminal E.

Not only did I wait 25 minutes for one measly overpriced burger. But I almost missed my flight due to the incompetence of all the workers at the establishment. Everyone who worked there couldn’t do their job, including the manager. The Chef and Sous Chef were REALLY slow and didn’t even know what toppings came on the burger and they constantly had to look. I chose to go here thinking it would be quick because there was no line…. That was a mistake. After finally receiving my $21 burger I noticed they didn’t even make it correctly! No swiss cheese but instead only American cheese. How do you mess up a Double bacon burger that comes with 4 toppings?! I would also like to note that they weren’t busy in any way, which means they were just HORRIBLE workers. DO NOT GO HERE.

Wasn’t even busy, yet I still waited nearly 30 min for my food. I had high expectations because my burger alone was almost $20. Keep in mind you don’t get fries or drink for that price. Long story short the burger was mid, and it was smaller than a McDonalds cheeseburger. I usually, but reluctantly anticipate airport food being more expensive. For that price I expected more. I can rest assured however that in a free market over time the choices of the average consumer will put this place out of business and rightfully so.

Horrible burger!!! STAY AWAY!!!! Just a bun with rubbery meat for $17. Horrible!!

The cashier walked away as I came to the counter. Several people came out of the kitchen, but no one seemed interested in helping customers. I went somewhere else.

If I can rate 0 I will. Definitely overpriced burger and they overpromised the waiting time. I asked for cancelling my order twice and they wouldn't let me, saying that they had been preparing it when they hadn't. I didn't get my order when I had to go. Worst burger store ever.

Friendly customer service, but nothing more. Majorly overpriced classic burger. It doesn't even have lettuce and tomato. Overall, you get a better deal for the money at Whataburger or another chain. What a disappointment!

Spent 50 bucks on two burgers and tater tots.20 dollar burger didn't come with any vegetables or sauces at all, at least regular burger had pickles and ketchup on it. Burgers were toward the lower end of serviceable. Nowhere near worth their price.Tots were stone cold and not even crispy.I know its an airport but what a terrible ripoff.At least the cashier was nice.I would have asked for a refund and returned if i was not jetlagged starved and in a rush.

Unprofessional uncaring staffBurgers not worth 20.00 -taste is just ok53.00 for two burgers and two bags of chips.Would not hurt my feelings if they went out of business- they need a lot of work to improve-I can go on and onI usually look at reviews before trying a new restaurant but difficult to do in an airport -just wanted a quick descent burger. Houston airport should not let this chain to operate on the property- bottom of the barrel imo.
