This club is infuriating to say the least. My friends and I decided to come and try this club out one Saturday night. I was with a female friend who wore Jordan’s and was denied entry into this club. This was solely based off the fact she was not following their strict gender conforming dress-code for females. They said a cover for this was $15, which isn’t that much but for an outfit mistake it’s quite hilarious and dumb.I had another experience when a male friend of mine had a hat on going into this club. We didn’t think anything major of it, but apparently this was on the same level of a Bomb threat to the people at the door. They then requested that he pays $20 which is outrageous and unbelievable.This club is disappointing and a waste of time if you are looking for a good time. I highly recommend you check other spots nearby.

Just noticed this place is "temporarily closed" and it's truly a shame, but I'm not surprised. A group of friends and I tried to check this place out after a previous event. It was already 1am so we wanted to just grab one drink hangout. The door guy wanted to charge us 4 girls and 1 guy, $20 each. The place looked empty to make matters worse. Please take this as food for thought on your next venture. Customer service is everything. Had the bouncer said "You know what, it's late, don't worry about the cover, y'all go ahead." We would have purchased drinks, tipped your bartenders nicely, taken tons of pictures like we always do, and posted on our social media platforms with large followings. Perhaps this specific occurrence would not have saved your business alone, but who knows how many people y'all pushed away which clearly caused your business to fail. Missed opportunities that unfortunately cost your business money.. Instead we went off to spend our money at one of the other dozen places in the same 5 block radius. Your place looked super cute, so I hope you reopen soon and perhaps take this into consideration.

Went on a Saturday night. Beautiful venue AWFUL service and WAY too much to get a table $500-$1000 when it was COMPLETELY EMPTY on a Saturday night. I spoke to some manager and had to put his little self in his PLACE ! He was SO rude ! I don’t recommend this place .. they charge gratuity in every drink .. so it makes a 15 dollar drink $20 !!!

Greetings,I visited bloom in hopes of having a great experience however, my group and I were discriminated against the moment we arrived. Our server Sarah asked for multiple cards on file when in fact you only need 1 card to create a tab. Once she realized half of us were paying cash she begins handing back our cards and she drops my card through the floorboard and she continues to talk as if she didn’t drop my card then once we mentioned it says she’ll get the manager. She gets the manager on duty named Cody/Kody and she told me that the best she could do for me was comp my food when in fact that should’ve been the least, she was extremely dismissive of my feelings and suggested I just order a new card after her employee clumsily dropped my card through the floorboard. She not only dismisses my issue she begins to be rude and unprofessional. Telling me that if her “comp of my food wasn’t good enough I can in fact pay for it” As a manger where is the professionalism I work in the service industry I know how things should go. They completely dropped the ball with this one, Sarah never came back to the table we waited over an hour to get our mimosa tower, 4 people out of the 6 guest received their food while it took another 30 minutes for the two people to receive theirs. However the assistant general manager was somewhat understanding and was apologetic. I’m a college student I have books to order not only that unfortunately the bank I bank with doesn’t offer temporary cards anymore. I have to wait 1-2 weeks for a new card and now have to explain to my professors what happened. This was a Major inconvenience for me! Do not dine here, if I could give this place ZERO STARS I WOULD! Especially if you are a poc or care about poc. Very Distasteful!

Nice place, with a cool upstairs area looking below and outdoor area to hang out as well.However I’m not a fan of the 20% gratuity automatically added to each tab. It’s kind of hard to spot on the receipt in the moment (dark inside) so you’ll likely end up double-tipping if you’re not paying attention.

Owner (German) does not pay his employees. I heard rumors of this but worked a couple shifts as a favor to an industry friend. Turns out it’s 100% accurate. I was promised payment on several different dates for money owed by Bloom, but the date has still continued to be pushed back as the owner does not have funds to pay his employees. This is a showcase of what a sad excuse of an owner can do to an establishment.

The ambiance for this night club is perfect for getaway with your significant other or with your crew celebrating a party. Don't forget that this place has a patio area.

A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!! RUINED MY BIRTHDAY!!I spoke with Alexis at Bloom on 6/18 to make reservations birthday July 3rd. I advised them that we would have a large party and would need a section that could accommodate a group of approx 40-50. My social group had been there before and had arrangements to come later in the month and to reserve space for us that mirrored the reservation at the end of the month. I had scheduled to arrive at 2pm, when we arrived we were informed that they weren't opening until 230, once we were let in, the tables and space wasn't even fully set up and they didn't have a bar tender, weren't serving any food and didn't offer hookah until after 4pm. They had a random employee attempting to make drinks and didn't even know how much alcohol to pour and wanted help from someone in my group. Everyone was sitting around trying to make the best of it while I tried to find an alternative place that could seat a group our size last minute. people were hungry and waiting on drinks just only order mimosas because that's what was easiest. after about an hour I was able to make arrangements for us at a near by local place. The other place was out door in the heat with somewhat covered seating and fans to help with the heat, but completely different atmosphere than what I had originally planned for. Some people left due to the heat and change of venue as it was almost 100 degrees out this day. No one ever apologized to me directly for the inconvenience, and lack of service provided but tried to bribe some of us from leaving with cheap vodka. I had even reached out the day before or morning of to Alexis to ensure they were ready for us and no one replied or gave an update on how things were being done that day. I am in a Facebook social group of 9k+ members and we will never patronize this establishment again. They lack professionalism and respect for their customers.

DO NOT TRUSTWe went at 11 pm on a Saturday to 1 am and got drinks they differently charge me and my friends. Then we asked multiple times for a receipt and the bar tender got aggressive and tried to kick us out saying we did not deserve a receipt cause we did not tip. Even thought we tipped 15%. We asked nicely for a receipt and she threaten to kick us out when even the security told us don't worry. She continuously yelled at us ever time she saw us and would never give us a receipt for anything we paid for on our card as she even put our card number in manually. Actually ridiculous. Super sus.
