Nice place, with a cool upstairs area looking below and outdoor area to hang out as well.However I’m not a fan of the 20% gratuity automatically added to each tab. It’s kind of hard to spot on the receipt in the moment (dark inside) so you’ll likely end up double-tipping if you’re not paying attention.
The stars are because the place has potential especially in their outdoor patio area. We went for a Tuluminati event and tried to get drinks in the bar inside. The bartenders were clearly intoxicated and not even aware that we were trying to get their attention for over 15 minutes. I saw them drinking shots and completely disregarding every guest that was trying to get a drink at the bar. I’ve never seen such bad service at a bar. Truly disappointing.
