We have been coming here for a few years. But as the years have gone by, so has the store as a whole. I really can't explain how, but it doesn't feel the same. The drive-through speaker should be replaced, and the drive-through window has way too many stickers on it. You can't see inside at all. I'm sure there's slime in the ice/soft drinks machine. But, go see for yourself.

Do not go to this location. Worst DQ nation wide. I used to love going to DQ. This location has forever broken me of that. Awful service. Never once gotten my orders right. Can't even make basic blizzards appropriately. Corporate should really revoke this franchise license because this location only represents terrible food, awful service, and the death of any happiness at DQ

EVERYTHING was TERRIBLE about this order! I specifically said no lettuce. They loaded it with lettuce. I asked for extra butterfinger in a blizzard. They hardly gave me any. I asked to add cookie dough in a mini blizzard. Had none. I didn’t get my blue raspberry slush either

I wish there was a .000 star. MADISON is so rude with bad attitude. I ordered 2 cookie crunch and other ice and told me 1 only ordered one even my 9yrs old was like no mum you ordered 2. Then she wanted me to go back in line to reorder. She act like she own QD and very condensending. Madison get a life other than dispensing fast food.

First of all is I senced some frustration from the employee at the counter taking my order, then when I got my meal it was disgusting the buns were burnt and the cheese looked so dry and old as well so dry this is just not acceptable the cook needs to be replaced, and my other burger had no vegetables and greasy and smashed very bad bad service I would not recommend this place.

The manager provides horrible customer service. Didn't receive my full order. It's too hot in there. You really can't sit inside because of the uncomfortable temperature. Not looking to return anytime soon.

Visit 3-3-25: We went here after visiting at the hospital. We used the drive-thru. I had the kid's meal of steak fingers and it was yummy. My daughter had the kid's cheeseburger and my friend had the beltbuster burger. The service was quick.

Ice cream is awesome as always but terrible experience at this location. Pull to the drive through and a gentleman is power washing as I am trying to order. The young lady trying to take my order can’t hear me even though I am basically yelling at this point trying to tell her my order. So I honk hopefully to get the gentleman’s attention so he could stop for a moment so I could complete my order. He steps to the side for a half second thinking I want to drive by. When he sees I am trying to order the starts up again. So the young lady says to pull up to the window. Pull to window and place my order. Tell the young lady to suggest maybe they not power wash when a customer is trying to place and order . Her only response was that’s my boss. Well what great management . His customer service skills are definitely not top priority. He could at least permit customers to order instead of running an extremely loud machine when business is coming through. Maybe he needs a course on customer service or maybe just simple politeness. Won’t be coming back to this location.

The manager (Karen) if that is even her real name, is very rude. She refused to make tea after 5:00 PM, stating that it was too late to prepare more.

i asked twice if they have meat in the chili cheese fries my sister ordered and two different girls said no and the second one said it with so much attitude. we came home and my sister who has a deathly allergy with beef/meat ate it and she’s in the hospital now. so best believe i’m contacting upper management and law suit time!!
