Place an online order in the Dairy Queen app for the Scarsdale location store manager’s name is Madison. Worst experience of our Dairy Queen lives restaurant claims they did not receive the order. Therefore they would not make the order even though we had pictures in the app receipt and email form mobile app form, etc. Madison is the worst example of a manager ever the worst system of customer service ever! We asked for a corporate number, or a number for franchisee and was told flatly no! Do not do business here!!!!!

We ordered a cone and cup of ice cream .. it was like we ordered 10 meals or something. Drive through is so slow even when we pulled up to order they told us to wait. Then she grabs the $ closed window then opens up and hands the change w attitude. No smile, no thank you. And closes window.

I wouldn't even give it a star!! This place is unsupervised. Managers are kids no respect, at all. Music played is very derogatory music loud and foul language, and there's kids in the restaurant eating with they're families disrespectful. My husband ordered our ice cream the Young guy asked is that all Bruh?? Not Sir!!! Ive made a comment about thus establishment before and Ive given them another try because they are close and I rather there ice cream over others, I am a grandparents and this wouldn't be a place I would bring my grandkids. They need some order at this establishment, so structure, and someone who's going to make these kids CLEAN this place .
