This morning I ordered on the mobile app for curbside pick up. It was supposed to be ready at 9:16 but I was running late so when I got there at around 9:40 I decided to go inside to grab it instead of parking in curbside. When I got inside and told them I’m picking up my order they inform me that they had just given it to some Mexican man in an orange jacket right before I came in. I said I don’t know what Mexican man would’ve got it and they continued to tell me it’s been picked up. I wasn’t rude or anything and quite understanding and was willing to wait for my order that they did remake for me. But continued to ask if I had a “Mexican husband” that picked it up. Which makes no sense since they said the guy that picked it up was for DoorDash. Why would I have my “Mexican husband” dasher come pick up my personal order? And the receipt clearly said curbside order with a description of my truck. After giving me my order I began to leave and they followed me outside to see me leaving in my truck that was described with my black boyfriend (not Mexican) in the truck with me. As if I was lying about picking up my order. This place needs better management and to check the person picking up the orders and admit to mistakes when they are made.Response to management: I didn’t “demand” anything. Although what other recourse would’ve been taken considering you gave my food away. Again my Boyfriend is a 6ft tall BLACK MAN with a BLACK t shirt on when we were there this morning. He didn’t leave the truck AT ALL. Your “thorough investigation”? You mean when the whole staff was questioning every employee in the area where my order was and who picked it up and then proceeded to follow me to my truck??? Yeah okay. I’ll be calling corporate and yall can review alllllll of yall footage cause yall are some liars. Ridiculously unprofessional.

Any dennys I’ve ever been too puts to go orders in plastic containers that are made for the items you are getting to go. Yet this location puts them in styrofoam containers. Like this isn’t a backyard bbq. I felt so cheap that I actually threw out my breakfast and went to get First Watch instead. Profits over customer service I see.

Kejuan, Daniel, and Brian are some top-tier people who make a top-tier Dennys dining experience. Ultra shout-out to chef Brian, he makes the best Moons Over My Hammy my partner and I have ever tried (and we've tried a lot!)!!! All 3 of these men had great service and fantastic personalities to go with it. Thanks, guys! ?

Did not enjoy breakfast. The sweet tea was very stale and tasted like it had been sitting for days. toast was burned and was horrible. I didn't want to complain again and send it back after sending back sweet tea.

Today's two Bourbon skillets were half of what we usually get served. Cold broccoli other veggies, potatoes a little hot. Food didn't take long to be brought to the table yet mediocre bland chicken. Yes they saved money by splitting the ingredients of one a regular skillet portion in to two skillets but lost many customers- my family and friends, etc. Cooks are trained, so this type of deceptive act had to come from management. No sense in letting them know, that we know what they know they did wrong to reply on here to make the paying customer feel guilty for not accepting overall mediocre service.
