great service and interior design
The overnight manager and staff were very respectful and helpful towards me.
Good place and fast and friendly service. Some of the waiters or waitresses are real characters and I enjoy their personality as it makes the visit more fun than some fancy place.

Based on the reviews, Denny's Restaurant offers a mix of experiences. The customer service from certain employees is often described as spectacular and wonderful. One employee named Adolpho was very helpful after a stolen Uber order, personally making sure the customer was taken care of. Another employee named Matthew was singled out for being helpful, attentive, kind, and genuinely caring about the customer's experience. A waitress also went above and beyond to take good care of a customer. However, some experiences were negative. One customer had a problem with the app for a birthday celebration, spending half of the dinner time fiddling with it instead of enjoying the nice hot meal. The manager only ok'd the husband's birthday meal off, and the customer felt the experience was ruined. Another customer received cold food and was told items were out of stock, with staff leaving for 30 minutes to check. Overall, the restaurant has employees who provide great customer service, but there are also issues with the app, cold food, and stock availability.
