I was upset bc I kept getting ads to come & it was to celebrate for my husband's birthday BUT THE APP UPDATED & NEVER LET EITHER OF US GET INTO OR RESET A PASSWORD...SO, WE COULD NEVER GET THE ADVERTISED COUPONS TO WORK. I would like to take the time to give a special shout out and dedicate a public recognition of my humble appreciation as well as a public thank you to an employee named Matthew. Mathew displayed a simple gesture however it was rooted in selfless kindness. Maththew, that simple act of kindness and choice to be considerate rather then judgmental was a rare action that I haven't experienced with respect to customer service/sales/& approach. I would give them a 2.5 start honestly my food came out to me cold idk if it was just the day i came or what but when i asked for certain items they just kept telling me sorry we’re put of that or would say let me go check and come back 30mins later
